Root into self-trust. Watch everything else grow.
I help high-achieving adults move from chronic stress and overthinking to grounded self-trust.
Self-trust isn’t built by changing your thoughts alone.
It comes from learning to listen to both your mind and body—and becoming rooted in your whole self.
From this foundation:
Clarity replaces overthinking
Confidence replaces self-doubt
Aligned action becomes natural
The result? You stop living in your head and start leading from a place of greater trust, clarity and alignment.
You might be here if you…
MIND
Overthink, have self-doubt, people-please, second-guess, constantly seek reassurance
Feel stuck living in your head
Feel not good enough
Let negative self-talk keep you small
BODY
Experience difficulty resting without guilt
Have chronic tension, stress or nervous system overwhelm
Struggle with sleep
Don’t stick to healthy habits
SPIRIT
Feel lost and can’t find your purpose or direction
Live according to others’ expectations
Feel unfulfilled, lonely and disconnected
Long for a deeper sense of peace, alignment and authenticity
The roots of a tree are the nervous system of the body.
Unhealthy Roots Look Like:
Seeking approval
Chronic stress
Disconnection from the body
Overthinking
Self-criticism
Perfectionism
Healthy Roots Lead To:
Internal Validation
Stability
Nourishment
Flexibility
Self-Compassion
Growth
You’re not fixing the leaves.
You’re strengthening the roots.
Imagine…
Waking up without immediately feeling behind or overwhelmed.
Saying “no” without guilt and “yes” because you genuinely want to.
Feeling calm in your body, even when life is uncertain.
Pursuing your goals from a place or purpose instead of proving your worth.
This is what becomes possible when self-trust takes root.
Being Well Rooted is about returning home to yourself.
It means cultivating an inner foundation of self-trust that allows intuitive, aligned action to emerge with ease.
Rather than living from fear or perfection, you move through life from a place of grounded presence, embodied wisdom and authentic confidence.
The Rooted Method
Where Self-Trust takes Root
Awareness - Notice the patterns that keep you stuck.
Regulation - Build strategies to steady your nervous system and automatic tendencies.
Self-Trust - Learn to rely on your own values, judgement and inner wisdom.
Aligned Action - Create habits and make choices that reflect who you want to be.
You don’t need more advice.
You need to trust yourself again.

Why I created the Rooted Method:
After years of working with clients as both a therapist and personal trainer, I kept seeing the same thing: people often know what they want and what they need to do—but they don’t trust themselves to get there.
I created The Rooted Method to bridge that gap—an approach grounded in my clinical training and expertise in the mind-body connection to turn self-awareness into self-directed action.
My work is evidence-informed, practical, and future-focused—helping you get rooted in your body, your mind, and your sense of self—so you can stop overthinking, trust yourself, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I don’t believe you need to become someone else to create change. You need to trust yourself enough to act on what you already know.
Disclaimer: This coaching practice is separate from my therapy practice. Coaching is a future-focused service designed to support personal growth, self-trust and intentional change. It is not psychotherapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions through coaching.
-
While both therapy and coaching support personal growth, they have different purposes. Although my coaching is informed by my experience as a licensed therapy and evidence-informed psychological principles—this coaching practice does not provide psychotherapy or mental health treatment. My coaching practice is collaboratively programmed, future-oriented, skills-based, holistic and action-focused. Traditional therapy is treatment-based, utilizes psychometrics and assessments, entails diagnosing mental health conditions and focuses on symptom reduction. Coaching may be right for you if you want to stop second-guessing yourself, feel ready to move from insight to action, are navigating a life, career or relationship transition, want accountability and support as you create meaningful change or are looking for personal growth rather than mental health treatment. Therapy may be more appropriate for individuals experiencing significant emotional distress or needing crisis intervention.
-
No, my coaching practice is not covered by insurance. My coaching business is not a health care service. Coaching does not entail categorically diagnosing and treating people. Coaching offers the opportunity to build growth around individualistic needs. If you are looking for psychotherapy or need treatment for a mental health condition with a mental health professional, those services may be covered by your insurance plan.
